Being addicted to something is not about what you are doing per se, but why you're doing what you do all the time. The why you are doing what you do has more to do with your *behaviour* Because if you want to eat lots of *junk foods* That's great. But why do you want to eat lots of junk foods when you know it's not *healthy* . That's where the real problem is.
