About Your Work or Business

Before you start any work or any project you are interested in;
Always ask yourself these questions first;

Why am I doing it??
What will the end result be??
How much of knowledge, experience or expertise do I bring??
Will I be successful or am I likely to fail and why

Examine yourself really well and critically think through these questions. If you do have or find good answers for them, go ahead and do it excellently to the best of your ability always.

There is no point in getting up every morning at 5 or 6 am and go to work if your work does not really mean anything to you at the end of the day.  Likewise, there is no point in earning a million dollar salary or profits,  if you do not make an impact in your work or business

Whether you are  an entrepreneur, a teacher, a banker, a nurse or a doctor, a lawyer, a mechanic or a pastor or whatever profession you are into, strive for excellence and strive to make an impact too.
The excellence you attach to your job or the business  that you do is the standard you set for everybody that this is who you are and what you stand for.
Excellence means doing what you said you will do, showing commitment and dedication, being honest and dependable, punctuality and trust.

The customers and the clients you serve must see, feel and smell this excellence in you at all times. Do these things well,  and you shall have them loyal to your brand always.

The most important thing you should know about any work or business is to stay relevant and keep learning always to improve yourself.

Your business or your work must represent something meaningful to you. It should not just be declaring profits at the end of the year or receiving small or fat salary at the end of every month.

Everything Is Temporary

Corona Virus has proved that everything around us is so temporary. Things that our lives revolved around...work, gym, malls, movies and other social activities have all gone for a toss. These were things which used to occupy our time and attention virtually everyday, so much that we neglected what was most important to us in the first place. We are learning to live without them now, as our only option these days, is to stay indoors to keep ourselves safe. It is teaching us all  one thing,  that in the end, our home and families really matter. They are our point of safety in difficult times like these. So should this crisis come to an end, which will be very soon,   do know where your priorities lie henceforth. It is not in your work, or your insatiable ambitions. It is with your family. The purpose of Hardwork or Sacrifice

Why do we work so hard or sacrifice so much for something?? What does hardwork or sacrifice mean to us?? What are we expecting to get in return from our hardwork or sacrifice?? Is it all worth it at the end?? We all have come to believe and understand for many years now that it pays to work hard. Many of us have different reasons why we work hard or sacrifice so much. For majority of us, we work hard every day so we can have a lot of money to do or get whatever we wish or desire for. But the real purpose of our hardwork should not be about money but should be focused on value and impact I believe. Think of these great people who have made their mark in the history of our world..... Jesus, Mohammed, Solomon, Mahatma Gandhi, Bill Gates,  Michael Jackson, Steve Jobs, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Nelson Mandela, Barack Obama among a few. What did all these great men and many more like them have in common? Value and Impact. Not the desire to make money. They had a greater purp...

Looking for Mr. Right And Mrs. Right

Any man who  tolerates all your nonsense as a woman and still finds you  perfect in his own eyes is your Mr. Right Likewise, any woman who tolerates all your stupidity as a man, and yet is able to submit under your authority as a man and love you is the Mrs. Right. No man or woman will check out all your boxes of being perfect or not a perfect match. Understand this one truth!!!! Here's a little revelation for us all to understand; there can be no decent woman or man just for only you. There are millions of decent people out there, just that they may not be that stunning model of a woman you're looking for or the man with six packs with a full beard. The moment you think of yourself too important to be in a different league than any other person just because you are wearing some designer dresses and suits and so you start rejecting suitors who you think are beneath your overrated standards, remember quickly that we all have our flaws. To help you reflect on this better, ...
