Be a Generational Thinker

One of the greatest books I have ever read is Long Walk To Freedom by Nelson Mandela. In his book he talks about the importance of leadership through sacrifice and having a sense of responsibility to develop others as much as yourself.
He is seen as an icon, a leader and a symbol of peace and inspiration, not just to his dear nation of South Africa but to the whole world.
But let's ask ourselves here, what really made  Nelson Mandela such a celebrated person around the world???  Sacrifice !!!!
His selfless sacrifice and desire to see white and black south Africans live in harmony together in the era of Apartheid took him to prison for 27 years. Even after his release from prison in 1990, he worked together with his haters and political opponents in the spirit of unity so that a nation which was once  divided and segregated white, black people, rich and poor people, educated and uneducated can live together as one people for the sake of his generation and generations yet to come.

He didn't just sit there and wished this could happen. He taught all the people in a practical way how to live together as one.

You are a woman, you break our ears everyday with woman empowerment slogans speaking big English. Yet you haven't mentored the young ladies in your neighborhood about the pride in becoming a woman of substance. You feel too important and classy to talk ladies who are beneath your standards. If you can be humble and teach both your elite class of women and the poor women your knowledge on the virtues of womanhood. You will raise a community of empowered and enlightened women for today and in the future.
Be a generational thinker!!!!

You are a man groomed in the manners of being a gentleman. You are able to communicate and present your thoughts and ideas well to the delight of many.  And you have the balls to criticise other young men who have stage freight or stammer that they should speak well the next time they come on stage. Aren't you ashamed of yourself??
Because you were once like them. You can have a large pool of the cultured young men you are hoping to see if you can just volunteer a free time to teach them some people skills. Be a generational thinker!!!!!

You are an entrepreneur and a successful business man or woman. Your small wealth nowadays makes you think every young man or woman hustling to make ends meet is lazy. Just because they are not making enough money or they are not pushing to be successful hard enough. How dare you!!!!
You can start a Financial literacy class for up and coming entrepreneurs and working class people. Stop being an armchair critic and stretch a hand to help a brother or sister who desires to learn something.
Be a generational thinker!!!!!

I want to raise millions of generational thinkers with me in Ghana and  around the world.

Be inspired to be a generational thinker for your family, community and your country!!!

The Paradox of Our Times

*THE PARADOX OF OUR TIMES* Is that we have taller buildings, but shorter tempers Wider freeways and roads but smaller viewpoints We spend more, but we have less. We have bigger houses, but smaller families More conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees, but less sense More knowledge, but less judgement More experts, but more problems More medicines, but less healthy lives We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too little and hate too often We have learnt how to make a living, but not how to make a life. We have added years to life, but not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon and back But have trouble crossing the street to meet or greet the new neighbour. We have conquered outer space, but not our inner hearts We've cleaned up the air in our environment  but destroyed our souls. We claim to love all people but quick to show our prejudice We've higher incomes, but lower morals. We'v...

Support Small Business Owner Friends And Family To Grow

To all my self-employed, small business owner friends and family,  this article is dedicated to us!!!! Rihanna releases a lip gloss, people buy it.  Michael Jordan puts out new trainers in stores, people flock to these stores to buy them instantly. Dr. Dre  has new headphones, people buy it. Oprah Winfrey, the richest black woman in the world introduces a new weight loss and diet control program, people jump on board and flow with it. BeyoncĂ© has a new concert, people queue in line to go spend £250 on a ticket just to watch her performance. A friend or family member of ours starts a business, and soon we become weary.  We say things like "Not sure this is going to work"  "This business you are starting is not going to go anywhere, I'll give you only 6 months, it will collapse to the ground"  " this your product is too expensive, you will be out of business in no time if you don't reduce your prices" Those of you, putting out negative comments...

USA And The Western World is Against Polygamy.. Our Ghana Law is Against LGBT Rights. Will They Allow To Set Up a Polygamy Office In Their Country??

On June 26 2015, the US supreme court struck down all state laws banning same - sex marriages and legalised in all the fifty states across America. I remember that day, pretty well watching CNN seeing then host taking the live feed Anderson Cooper in a jubilant mood. Pictures from the supreme court also painted the same picture. Men kissing men passionately, and women kissing women passionately and locking tongues as well. All this outside the US supreme court for the whole country and the whole world to see that the United States of America, the greatest free country on earth is now fully endorsing gay marriage and approving LGBT rights. The gay pride parade was insane, trust me. A few months later, some European Union countries also joined in and legalised it unanimously. I could recall on that evening I called up one of my Brazilian friends, a woman who had always been a strong advocate and a strong supporter of LGBT rights to pick her mind on what had just happened in the US. ...
