*Life: The Bitter- Sweet Magic God Gave Us*

The habit of obsessing over the idea of having a perfect life where you compress yourself into a focused point, means that you will suffer from tunnel-vision. Tunnel-vision means that you will miss much of life.
The perfect life is always around the corner, but the decent life is right here already if you can stop for long enough to see it.

Life can be described in just three words: Up and Down.  And that's how God created it.
We humans mistakenly expect life to be consistently Up.
It does not work like that in the scheme of things.

Life, along with all the natural human processes are cyclical (in the habit of repeating itself)
For instance your  personal energy  throughout life works cyclically no matter how balanced or imbalanced any lifestyle is.

Live a Life Without Judgements

We judge the life we are living because we want to know the answer before we understand the challenge.
We judge our own lives harshly and unfairly when we compare our lives to those we think have a better life than us.
The first step in moving past judgement of your life is releasing the need for an answer.
Instead of judging, form an opinion. Judgements are assumptions that usually do not change. An opinion, however, is an isolated view of the world that can change with the discovery of new thinking and  information.

Life-changing lessons

• Don’t bottle up your emotions, become self-aware and explore your emotions. Find an outlet such aswriting, meditation, or talking to a friend.
• Vulnerability takes courage. The gifts we unlock by being willing to be vulnerable far outweigh the difficulty in doing so.
• Show up, face fear, and move forward.Because fear and criticism will always be there in some form, the best course of action is always to show up anyway and move forward.
• Seek excellence, not perfection. Focus on realizing excellence, the best version of yourself despite your flaws.
• Dare to be yourself– in your strengths, skills, and beauty as well as your flaws and insecurities. In doing so, you can realize your true strength of spirit.

Adversity, failure, joy, success, pain, disappointment, victory, defeat and truimph are all part of the mixed varieties of this life that we have. Don't curse yourself or God when the bad times in life come, learn from it. Likewise, don't be too naive and ignorant to think your victories and successes will last forever now that you have suffered to achieve them. Prepare and plan for the sudden ups and downs, the unplanned responsibilities that comes with being successful. Because it will come and it is coming.
It has never changed for billions of years since creation. And it will never change for you or me. Today it's good, Tomorrow it may be bad.  Mature like a man or woman and adjust to each of its lessons.

This is life, a mix bag of bitter-sweet experiences

The  Inconvenient  Truth

We hate the truth so much today. We hate hearing about it and hate  it even more when it is coming from other people who we feel are not close to us. We are quick to swallow and lend our ears  to any lie that flatters us but find it hard, almost impossible to live with the truth because it may appear bitter to us. Meanwhile, it would have been much better for us and our lives to live knowing the truth and painfully taking the long path to do the right thing than to take a shortcut or a detour of many deadly pleasures just to do wrong. No matter how hard or  harsh, it may sound for you to hear the truth or receive it, if it is going to put your life in the right direction, please listen and listen good. Stay away from people who will hail you at every turn, people who find everything and anything you do to be nothing but good. Because none is perfect, we all have our good and bad sides. It is impossible for you to always have a good side all the time even if you fake it. Embrace an

Your Competition

Just remember, your competition isn't other people Your competition is; Your procrastination to getting important things done Your ego, that makes you think you are above everyone else Your unhealthy eating habits and health choices The knowledge you neglect because you think you know it all or because you think others don't have an opinion on a matter because they are not intelligent The negative mindset and behaviour you're nurturing because because you think you are not worth something Your lack of Creativity. Failing to explore new ideas or try new things because you think you will fail or not succeed again. You're not in competition with anyone but yourself. What Consumes Your Mind Controls You

We live in a competitive Information world today. Competitive Information because every bit of information, whether bad or good,  from a single one to about a billion of them is fighting to get our undivided attention. There are only two places these Information we see (on TV) read ( in Newspapers) and listen ( to on Radio) are hoping to get to; and that's our minds and our hearts. From movie producers and directors in Hollywood, Music and Record producers to advertisers and marketers promoting famous products and brands. They capture our attention by predicting (guessing) our moods and thoughts before they finally put up words, images and video content that can convince us immediately to buy their products. They simply capture our minds by making us answer simple random and general questions about human behaviour and from our Yes and No answers, they are able to study our ways of thinking and then go on to craft or design messages that will convince us to buy that iPhone 11 Pro
