The world has become a strange place all too quickly. We live in a generation today where we push off people close to us to get the attention of people we barely know.
Yet years gone by, we had a generation that understood the power of togetherness, staying and being together. Whether it was family, friends or the community, each knew they had a responsibility over the other.
But sadly not the case today. We live in a selfish world, a globalised world but where one person is seen or feels more important than the rest of the people or groups. We are satisfied with hurting and destroying others just to fulfill our dreams and accomplish our goals. Whereas we could have achieved more if we had time, patience and the understanding to work as a group and succed together. Helping each other up as we go up and in a little time, the entire community or society goes up too.
So, this has become our punishment, we live in big and grand mansions yet we are not happy. We have lots of food to eat everyday yet we always not full.
We are in a crowded world full of people and yet we are always alone
We have everything we need yet we still want to get more no matter the cost.
We have raised many rich and smart people but with no sense of responsibility or accountability to their own communities or the society.
Like the older generation had, the human connection and the power of togetherness and the bond is missing in our world today.
