The Reason for Christmas


Everyone loves Christmas, everywhere around the world. The atmosphere of joy and the spirit of happiness and thanksgiving with our family and friends for a successful year.
But do we know the real reason why we  celebrate Christmas??
We celebrate Christmas because of the birth of our lord, Jesus Christ. He was born in the city of Bethlehem in Israel,  just to save you and me and the entire world from the slavery and the bondage of sin. Jesus Christ was born on Christmas day on earth to come as a bridge to connect us humans back to God. To restore the original plan of creation back as it was. That we will be reunited with God in spirit and in our hearts.
So, as we sit around with our family and friends over big fried turkey and chicken to eat and drink in celebration, let us remember ourselves and  also remember  the people who need to hear about the salvation message that Jesus Christ has brought to the world through his birth..
Someone must tell them the salvation message of Jesus Christ, the good news of the world. That someone who must tell them is you and me. So they can also tell others too. This message is for me, it is for you, it is for that annoying neighbour we have to say Good morning to every morning because they are not always minding their own business, but interested in our business always. And the homeless person sitting under the traffic light in the morning and evening as we drive to work and back home. The good news message is for our grandmothers, aunties, uncles cousins, nephews and nieces. It is for everybody!!!
Please do not be selfish this Christmas. Talk to someone about the salvation of Jesus Christ, God's perfect gift to the world and after you do, invite for breakfast, lunch or dinner for them also to eat the big chicken and turkey too.
This is what we must all do. It is our duty This is why Christmas is here.

An Attitude Of Gratitude

To have an attitude of gratitude is the greatest virtue anyone  can have. Because it shows that you are content with the little you have and a happy expectation of all you are yet to have and enjoy in life. If you really want your life to change, then you need to add the habit of  gratitude. I realised that our generation of today take the power of being grateful for granted. I get asked by many people a lot of times... Why do you always like writing motivational stories and messages to inspire others. What inspires you, and what do you get from doing that  every morning anyway? My answer has always been simple.
